- 1. The Vehicle must be driven on a Sealed Road at all times (unless roadworks are being conducted by a statutory road authority).

2. The Vehicle must not be used in any area that is prohibited by Us. Prohibited areas include:
- 1. roads that are prone to flooding or are flooded;
- 2. beaches, streams, rivers, creeks, dams and floodwaters;
- 3. any road where the police or an authority has issued a warning;
- 4. any road that is closed;
- 5. any road where it would be unsafe to drive the Vehicle; and
- 6. any area that is off-road.

- 2. South Australia: beyond Adelaide; and
- 2. in the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania.
In most cases, we do accept extension requests. However, to ensure we can accommodate your needs, please
inform us as soon as possible to confirm the extension.
A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if a booking is canceled within seven days of the scheduled date, as
stipulated in the operator's terms and conditions.
If a vehicle is returned later than the scheduled return date and time, additional fees will be incurred. For
rentals shorter than three weeks, the fee will be calculated on a daily basis. For rentals longer than three
weeks, a weekly rental rate will apply.
The initial payment can be made via card, cash, or bank transfer. For long-term contracts, the weekly payment
will be automatically deducted from the nominated bank account.

Deposit Return Policy
The deposit will be returned after a minimum of 10 business days. This period allows us adequate time to review any potential tolls and infringements associated with the vehicle.

Please be aware of the following conditions:
1. Early Return: For contracts exceeding three weeks, if the vehicle is returned prior to the minimum contract length, the deposit may be forfeited. Similarly, failure to provide the required two weeks' notice for early return may result in the cancellation of the deposit.
2. Misuse and Violations: In the event of suspected misuse of the vehicle, including repeated traffic offenses, fraudulent activity, or if the vehicle is reported stolen, we reserve the right to recover the vehicle and cancel the deposit.

For Individuals Without an Australian Driver's License:

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Please note that an additional insurance
excess amount will apply for international license holders and individuals aged 25 years or younger.
You must provide a valid driver’s license of the additional driver, this does not incur any additional fees.
Please note that if you fail to provide a valid license, insurance coverage for the vehicle will be invalid in
the event of an accident or breakdown.

Important Notes:
- Unlisted Drivers: Vehicles driven by unlisted drivers will not be covered.
- Payment Requirement: The aforementioned amount must be paid within 24 hours of the accident, regardless of fault. If the other party is at fault and their insurance accepts liability, the amount will be refunded to you.
An additional fee of $3 per toll will be charged for toll nominations on top of the toll inovice. To avoid
this charge, it is recommended that you use your own toll tag or register the vehicle’s number plate on the
Linkt app.
We provide free 24/7 breakdown assistance within a 25 km radius from West End. For this service, please call
0416 538 823.
Please note that repairs for flat tires or punctures are not covered under this service and will incur
additional charges.
Infringements and fines will be nominated to the address you have provided, additional $40 is charged per
nomination.
